This knife is a development of the successful non-locked EKA E8 Combi knife.
The 10 cm knife blade is designed for effective skinning as well as general-purpose cutting.

The 8 cm gut opener has a stub nose to prevent damage to internal organs.
Cutting from the inside also means that the edge will stay sharper longer. and you won't get hair on the meat.
The blade is made of Swedish Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel (stamped on to the blade) and is hardened to 57-59 Rockwell.
